National Awards (CIAU/CIS/USPORTS) All-Canadians

The designation of 'All-Canadian' is not in relation to an athlete's academic abillity.
It is an athletic all-star designation. To be a national All-Canadian (All-Star)
the player must first be selected as a First-Team All-Star for their conference.
This creates a pool of 12 forwards, 8 defence and 4 goalies from which the all-stars are selected from.

This list of winners should not be confused with 'Academic All-Canadians' which
is a designatation for a student athlete who has acheived an academic average of 80% or better
while playing on one of their university's varsity teams.
